Exporting data to CSV file

To export data, select any folder which you want to export and invoke the command Export using main menu File-> Export...

Export settings window

Export Options

Encrypt passwords - Exported passwords will be encrypted
Add Comments - At the end of exported data will be added comments with description of the data format

In the "Fields" section you can change order of fields or hide selected fields. Click OK to export data.

Note: Will be exported records and folders to which you have the "Passwords" permission. In other words, if you can view content and password of the record then you can export it. Also export can be restricted by administrator of NPM.

Auto Export feature

To enable auto export feature you should invoke the command Connect using main menu File->Connect..., type your login, password, domain and activate the "Save Login Info" option.

Enabling AutoExport settings window

Click OK button and AutoExport.ini file will be created here:
Windows 7 or 8: C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Network Password Manager\
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Application Data\Network Password Manager\

Now you can disable the auto logon (open Connect window, disable "Save Login Info" and click OK button). Open AutoExport.ini in your appropriate text editor and change the parameter File in the section [Export]. Don't change any parameters in section [Logon].

That all, now you can invoke the Network Password Manager Client with command line parameter /export and all records to which you have access will be exported to file.
Example for bat file: "C:\Program Files\Network Password Manager\NPMClient.exe" /export

Note: To create new AutoExport.ini file you should remove your current file. Already created AutoExport.ini file will never be overwritten.
